No problem. Let us know and we’ll get it straightened out.  Need a return or exchange, you are welcome to do so within 10 days after your order has been delivered.


Received a faulty item?   

We're really sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you've received a faulty item or if your item(s) are damaged during transit to your address, please send us pictures and pertinent details to and one of our friendly customer service team members will respond within 24 hours to make sure you’re taken care of.

Let’s face it, returns can be a bit of a nuisance. You’ve ordered something, and now you’ve got to send it back. But don’t panic, here at Ishq Boutique we’ve worked hard to ensure this process is as seamless and easy as possible.


Ishq Boutique’s Return Policy

All returns must be sent back to us in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the box or product is damaged. To complete your return, we require proof of order and a return request form.   

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Please note if it has been over 10 days from the date you received your item(s) then we are unable to accept your return.

Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be refunded.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

In general returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered back to us. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.


We will provide a pre-paid return label; but return shipping is not free, you are responsible for covering shipping costs for the return. The cost of the shipping will be deducted from the total of the refund or credit issued. 

All returns must include a return request form. A return request form will be provided in the email with the return label.
